On 26 and 27 January 2024, the Kairos Consortium is organising a workshop to illustrate Roggia: the Cascina Falchera eco-creative artistic residence, which will be hosted from March 2024.
This is a space where artists, designers and creative people, working with the local community, will be able to experiment with new communication languages and imagine together the future of this wonderful rural space on the outskirts of the city.
An interdisciplinary team of 15 young creatives is being formed to develop artistic prototypes and help us organise an inaugural event for Roggia.
The invitation to participate is addressed to :
- A* student/ student of design, fine arts, architecture or simply a creative person passionate about these issues
- Age between 16 and 26
The activities of the two-day workshop will be coordinated by the team of Volcano a consultancy company focused on creative placemaking and urban transformation based in Copenhagen, and Consorzio Kairos.
The activities are made possible thanks to DESIRE- Designing the Irresistible Circular Society a European project supported by the New European Bauhaus in which the City of Torino is a partner.
