On May 22,23 and 24 the City of Turin participated in the second partner meeting of the European project DESIRE held in the city of Amsterdam (NL).
The event jointly organized and coordinated by the Lead Partner, Bloxhub and the hosting partners, Municipality of Amsterdam and The Beach Amsterdam gave the other project partners (including the City of Turin itself) the opportunity to see in practice the social innovation initiatives implemented locally.
In addition to this in parallel, workshops were held on various topics related to social innovation and the New European Bauhaus such as how to hypothesize new forms of co-design with citizenship, how to implement the principles of the New European Bauhaus in interventions on the ground, and how to create a replicable and sustainable model for the continuation of the path undertaken by the partners also in future projects and challenges.
